Accuracy Over Time

Where a guide is factually wrong, it gets corrected. Accuracy is the only thing a reference site has to offer, and a page out of date on a code requirement is worse than no page at all.

Not a Contractor

Nothing here is an offer of service. Anyone wanting the work carried out needs a contractor, which this site is not.

The usual checks are still the ones that matter. Put the same written specification to every firm, so the prices that come back are actually comparable.
